Rosacea is a chronic disease with a profound and multifaceted impact on a person’s mental and social well-being. Rosacea is known to have a significant impact on health-related quality of life. The key role in reducing quality of life lies not so much in physical symptoms as in psychological and social consequences. Psychological and physiological factors actively contribute to the exacerbation and progression of rosacea, creating a vicious cycle. Sleep disturbances, anxiety, and stress not only follow from the disease but also actively contribute to it, aggravating all aspects of the patient’s life. This highlights the need for a comprehensive approach that addresses not only skin symptoms but also these associated issues. To achieve true success in treating this condition, the clinical approach must go beyond purely dermatological therapy and become holistic, taking into account the entire patient’s condition.
