Publication fee

As a standard practice, authors are not charged for the review, peer review, publication of articles, or preparation of the journal for printing; no payments (including remuneration to the author) are made for articles submitted for publication (as well as for the transfer of exclusive rights).

The journal’s editorial board may charge a fee for expedited review, peer review, and publication of the submitted manuscript.

The final decision on publication and payment is made only after receiving a positive peer review result.
