A clinical case of acantholytic pemphigus herpetiformis in an elderly woman

This article presents literature data on the herpetiform variant of acantholytic pemphigus. It also covers the first descriptions, clinical, histological, and immunofluorescence diagnostic criteria for pemphigus herpetiformis. A clinical case of pemphigus herpetiformis in an elderly woman and its treatment outcomes are described.
