The angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor moexipril (Moex) in the treatment of arterial hypertension
The angiotensin-converting enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI) remain one of the most popular classes of antihypertensive drugs. Moexipril is ACEI II generation with high antihypertensive effect, good safety profile, low incidence of side effects, metabolic neutrality, organoprotective effect, and have no adverse effects on bone metabolism. Moeksipril is one of few drugs with proved efficacy and safety in a special contingent - postmenopausal women with hypertension.
