Since the 1990, Russian legislation underwent significant changes. Increasingly, the provisions of domestic laws comply with international agreements, treaties and conventions. To what extent these changes affected the practice of health workers in Russia? The article presents analysis of the responsibilities of health workers for drug treatment related to loyalty of citizens in the region of information exchange.
