Milgamma and Milgamma-compositum in the treatment of polyneuropathies
Polyneuropathy manifested as diffuse lesion of the nerve fibers forming part of various nerves, occupies a leading place among the neurological complications of systemic diseases. An important element of treatment polyneuropathy of different etiologies is metabolic therapy by neurotropic medications, including containing vitamins of group B. This article describes pathogenetic substantiation and results of clinical studies evaluating Milgamma and Milgamma compositum efficacy and safety in patients with diabetic and alcoholic polyneuropathy.
